OK Roger provides an AI-powered conversational travel assistant that enables individuals and businesses to book travel, manage itineraries, enforce travel policies, and analyze travel spend. The Services combine artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and human expert support to deliver a comprehensive travel management solution.
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to: provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your password, notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the Services to:
OK Roger facilitates travel bookings on your behalf with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, etc.). While we strive to provide accurate pricing and availability, we are not responsible for errors or changes made by suppliers after booking. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel supplier.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the supplier. OK Roger will assist in processing cancellations and changes, but cannot guarantee refunds beyond what suppliers offer.
By providing payment information, you authorize OK Roger to charge you for Services and travel bookings. All fees are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and algorithms — are the exclusive property of OK Roger Inc. and protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OK ROGER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OK ROGER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OK Roger and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. OK Roger reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Travis County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
